Business Leads of America, Inc. does not provide any refunds. If you purchase a product that is damaged during shipping, you have 15 days to return the product from the date of receipt of said product and BLA will ship a new product to you.
Postage and Delivery Policy:
Please allow 7-30 days for shirts to be delivered as, depending on size and specifications, they are made on demand and shipped directly to you from the embroiderer. All other products including shirts in stock, please allow 7-10 days for shipping.
